This facility integrates Nikko equipment for processing Roe.
NRS Roe Separator connected to the Roe Rinsing and Cleaning Machine NRSS-1000, after which the roe is delivered for brining and subsequent draining.
This is how the whole cycle of roe processing from separation to brining is conducted.
