Information
The facility covers the entire cycle of primary salmon processing with integrated Automated Processing Machine NAG-601 and additional conveyors.
The entire processing cycle requires just three operators, two of which lay out raw fish, and the last is responsible for sorting roe skein and milt. At the processing line output, the conveyor delivers headed, gutted and washed fish.
